When something's got to change
Liz Goldspink
Change isn't easy but nothing is as painful as staying stuck where you don't belong.
Perhaps you're in the middle of a life transition and struggling with your identity. Maybe you're in a relationship or a job that just isn't working anymore. It might be your relationship with food or alcohol which is out of hand. These issues can cause anxiety, depression and a lack of self-esteem.
Counselling can help you find the root causes of these issues and help you to move forward again. For me, counselling is a vocation not a job and I am passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. I hope I can make a difference in yours.

About me
I am an experienced, qualified counsellor, registered with the BACP. I work with a wide range of clients whose issues include problems with relationships, identity, loss, eating disorders and abuse. I use an integrative approach which means that I draw on a variety of approaches in my counselling practice. I have my own private practice in Kingston and also work with The Practice group in Weybridge

'I cannot recommend Liz highly enough. I feel completely at ease during my sessions and was completely comfortable from the start. I can say that from working on myself with Liz I am starting to see the benefits as are those around me. After only a few weeks of sessions I completely trust her and look forward to speaking with her each week. It's changing my life for the better. '
Fees
I offer a free initial phone call to talk about what you're looking for and how I might be able to help. If you are happy to move forward, we can book a session at a mutually convenient time. Each session is 50 minutes for which the fee is £60.
Sessions are usually in person but I do offer sessions on Zoom when necessary.
